The Luxury Collection is for the discerning bride who is seeking a trusted and collaborative resource to provide an elevated guest experience and direct all aspects of logistical planning, production and implementation.  We meet with each of our clients to understand their unique vision or concept and together we bring it to life.  Included in this collection are:

  • Planning meetings (unlimited)
  • Design meetings (unlimited)
  • Ongoing communication with planner via phone or e-mail (unlimited)
  • Budget and checklist development and management
  • Styling and etiquette consultation
  • Concept development and storyboard creation
  • Illustrations, sketches and floor plans – your design blueprint
  • Venue recommendation, consultation, selection
  • Venue walk through meetings (as needed)
  • Vendor recommendations and contract negotiations
  • Vendor consultation meetings (unlimited)
  • Invitation coordination includes design meetings, addressing, RSVP tracking and follow up
  • Floral and tabletop design
  • Lighting design and coordination
  • Custom furniture/accessory selections/recommendations
  • Draping, upholstery and linens selections/recommendations
  • Assistance with menu development and tastings
  • Styling bars, food stations, etc
  • Arrange for wedding day transportation for guests and wedding party
  • Hotel room blocks/accommodation coordination
  • Point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process
  • Rehearsal dinner planning/booking
  • Directing the wedding rehearsal
  • Management of the ceremony and reception set up on wedding day
  • Placement of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
  • Directing the ceremony processional and recessional
  • Coordinating personal florals on wedding day
  • Point of contact for all wedding party, guests and vendors on wedding day
  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
  • Arrange for transportation of personal items at the end of the evening (gifts, cake, etc)
  • Send off coordination
  • Lead planner, and assistant(s) on site until end of reception. Designer and assistant(s) on site until start of reception.

The Planning Collections are available to our clients who contract out of our North Carolina office only.
